VENDOR MARKET APPLICATION

If you are interested in being a part of our vendor markets please fill out the application below.  One of our team members will be in touch with you with the next steps.

• Vendor spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limitation of up to three (3) booths per category to ensure diversity.

• Each vendor is entitled to a designated 10x10 space on the soccer field located at 140 Landing St., St. Johns, FL 32259, for the specific date and times for which they have been approved.

• The Rivers Edge Community Development Districts (CDDs) — including Rivers Edge CDD, Rivers Edge II CDD, and Rivers Edge III CDD — reserve the exclusive right to cancel vendor markets at any time and will
refund vendor fees for any cancelled events.

• If a vendor fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the event's start time, their spot may be forfeited and subsequently resold.

• All food vendors will be required to fill out a separate food licensing form. Failure to fill out form will result in denial of application.

• Nothing herein shall be deemed as a waiver of the CDDs’ sovereign immunity or the CDDs’ limits of liability as set forth in Section 768.28, Florida Statutes, or other statute, and nothing herein shall inure to the benefit of
any third party for the purpose of allowing any claim which would otherwise be barred under such limitations of liability or by operation of law.
