The RiverHouse Amenity Center is a popular gathering place among residents. A great place to host a birthday party by the pool or a graduation party in the RiverHouse and Palm Court.
Great community events such as Vendor Markets, Annual Luaus and so much more take place in the heart of RiverTown – the RiverHouse.
The RiverHouse premises also boast a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, a soccer field, competition lap pool and seasonal waterslide.
*Each household is permitted up to 4 guests each day. No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. No dogs allowed on the pool deck

- Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Staff is not available on-site during the following holidays:
- Easter Sunday
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Pool use is available from 30 minutes after dawn to 30 minutes before dusk.
- POOL CLOSED ON MONDAYS FOR MAINTENANCE.
- Water Slide open seasonally Memorial Day – Labor Day.
- Tennis courts are watered daily at 5AM and 1PM.
