RiverTown is happy to offer multiple facilities for RIVERTOWN RESIDENT party rentals at a nominal fee. Please click the drop-down below to check availability and request a date. Remember that we do not rent further than (90) ninety days ahead of time. After a request is approved, the resident has 3 business days to submit all paperwork and payments at the RiverClub or the request will be cancelled.
Rentals are available for the following:
- RiverHouse, lawn, and patio – ($150.00)
- Pool Cabana – 50 ppl ($75.00)
- Group Fitness Room – 30 ppl ($50.00)
- Soccer Field – 100 ppl ($50.00 Half Field/$100.00 Whole Field)
Availability:
- Available Tuesday – Sunday except for the following holidays:
- Easter Sunday
- 4th of July
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Christmas Eve
- New Year’s Eve
- a staffing fee may apply if rental is held outside of office hours. Office hours are seasonal and are as follows:
- Labor Day to Memorial Day: 11am – 5pm
- Memorial Day to Labor Day Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday: 11am – 7pm
- Memorial Day to Labor Day Fridays & Saturdays: 11am – 9pm
- Rental Times are as follows:
- RiverHouse: 11am – 5pm OR 5pm- 11pm
- Cabana, Soccer Field, Fitness Room: 11am – 3pm OR 3pm – 7pm
- Residents may only rent ONE time slot per day, per household.
- District and club meetings have priority over the rental calendar
- Maximum 6 hour time block for RiverHouse, Palm Court, Lawn. Maximum 4 hour time block for Pool Cabana, Group Fitness Room, and Soccer Field (includes setup and breakdown time)
Basic policies:
- A $250 Deposit is required for RiverHouse rentals.
- Rental Fee: Credit Card or Check– made out to Rivers Edge CDD
- Deposit: Check – made out to Rivers Edge CDD
- Staffing fee (if applicable) – Check – made out to Vesta Property Services
- An additional attendant is required for events with over 50 guests, or for events at which alcohol is to be consumed, at the District’s discretion. The Patron is the pay the additional fee at the time of reserving the area and is to include the time for setup and cleanup.
- All rentals are booked per management discretion.

- If approved, you will receive an email to show to the office staff at the RiverClub to fill out your paperwork and pay for the rental. Residents have three (3) business days to finalize their rental or the request will be cancelled.
